the crown
From Monday 20th May, The Crown in Hartest re-opens on Mondays so all our venues are now back to their pre-covid 7 days a week opening. And with summer incoming, our garden bar and pizzeria re-opens at weekends from Friday 24th May for the summer months.

Following an update of our menus at The Fox in Bulmer Tye, Charlotte Smith-Jarvis from Suffolk Food Stories visited for a meal. She described it as ‘Great quality pub food…that won’t break the budget’ and you can read her review here:
damson & wilde
The newest member of the Gusto family, Damson & Wilde, is all set for an exciting summer with the best garden in Bury St Edmunds.
Great news too as our set menu is now available later into the evening from 12-9pm Monday to Friday – two courses for £18.50 or 3 courses for £22.50.
vino gusto
All wines at The One Bull, The Cadogan, The Beerhouse, The Crown, The Fox and Damson & Wilde are now supplied by our wine shop Vino Gusto. We’ve been super excited to do this and hope you’re enjoying our new wine lists. Everything is also available to buy from the shop (open from 10.30am every day ) and we’ve added a QR code to the wine lists to make it easier for you to browse the shop online. We offer local and national delivery and are delighted to be using EcoCarriers for same day local delivery within Bury St Edmunds.
